Sometimes, it is much much easier, to be focused, and just keep working at it… Speaking too much, and defending oneself just takes up too much time and energy. This same energy, taken in the direction of working at the goal, reaps more, produces more.
Most times, it is just so that you can take care of your own heart. Working hard also means working your heart, one of the strongest, yet most delicate parts of our body; the start and end source of our lives. The centre of life itself, and where emotions are felt the strongest.
